1. Declaration of consent for the use of personal data

For this purpose, the Lessor uses Google Analytics, meaning that IP addresses and log files relating to your visit to the website are transmitted to Google Inc. as a service provider for the purpose of analyzing website usage.

1.3. If it is necessary within the scope of the business relationship to verify your identity or creditworthiness, the required data will be transmitted to CRIF GmbH, Rothschildplatz 3/Top 3.06.B, 1020 Vienna. The credit check is carried out centrally for all locations by Easy Storage Containervermietungs GmbH. CRIF processes the transmitted data as an independent controller for its own purposes as a credit agency and address publisher, as described at https://www.crif.at/datenschutz/ .

1.4. You may revoke your consent given under section 1 at any time in writing by post to the respective Lessor (address see above) or by email to info@easystorage.at.

2. Information, right of withdrawal, and questions

2.1. You may request information at any time about the personal data stored about you. For further information, please contact the Lessor responsible for your location (contact details see above).

2.2. The Lessor will generally delete all your data after termination of the contractual relationship, but at the latest after expiry of the statutory retention periods, in particular in accordance with commercial and tax law accounting regulations.

2.3. You have the right to rectification or erasure or to restriction of processing or a right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability.

3. Cookies
